After you have successfully created your account, verify your account by clicking the 'Confirm My Membership' button in the activation e-mail sent to your e-mail address. 4. You have now joined the E5 Global Trade family! You can log in now and take advantage of the free opportunities offered by the platform.
How can I strengthen my company profile?
To strengthen your company profile, be sure to include your company's logo, detailed description, certificates and references. Additionally, listing your products with high-quality images and detailed specifications will help you gain the trust of potential buyers.
What should I do to contact sellers or buyers?
You can directly contact the seller or buyer by using the 'Contact' or 'Send Message' buttons on a product or listing page you are interested in. You can follow all your conversations through your messaging panel.
What are the payment methods?
E5 Global Trade supports various payment methods so you can trade safely. You can use options such as credit card, bank transfer and secure payment systems (Escrow). You can visit the payment page for detailed information.
